How do I book a Super Cab?

You have two convenient ways to book a Super Cab. Either through the website (desktop or mobile) or through the Super Cabz mobile app. You will need to register with Super Cabz on the website or mobile app before making a booking. Alternatively, you can simply register through your Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+ social media accounts and make a booking.

Is advance payment mandatory to book a Cab?

No, advance payment is not mandatory to book your cab.

When do I get my booking/vehicle confirmation details?

You will get a booking confirmation instantly & vehicle and driver details will be shared at-least 04 hours prior to your departure time.

What extra charges are applicable?

Toll, Parking and State Taxes are extra and over and above the Basic Fare of your booking. Other taxes like Eco Tax, if applicable, are charged as extras. GST @ 5% is applicable on the base fare for all bookings.

Is Super Cabz website and mobile app safe for online transaction?

Super Cabz website is SSL certified to ensure full online protection to our customers. You can process all your transactions safely and in a secure environment.

How do I pay at the end of the journey?

Super Cabz gives you the freedom to pay through multiple convenient payment options as per your choice. You can either pay through Debit/Credit Card, Online Banking, Mobile Wallets or through Cash.

When will I get my Payment Receipts and Invoice?

E-receipts would be issued on every successful online transaction on our payment gateway. You will also receive a payment received SMS alert. E-invoice would be sent to your registered email address post completion of your journey by Super Cabz.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking anytime from My Account section on our Website & Mobile App or by giving us a call on our Customer Support Number i.e. 9310-456789. Please do not forget to mention the Booking ID for the trip to be cancelled. Kindly note that we do not levy any cancellation charges for Cab Bookings. However, our partner hotels may charge a cancellation fee so please refer to hotel policies very carefully at the time of booking a Package or Weekend Getaway.

Can I get a refund and how?

As soon as you cancel your booking with Super Cabz, we would process the request for your refund within 30 Minutes. Refund amount would be credited to the same source from which the payment was received. You do not need to follow up for the same. However it may take up to 72 hours for the amount to reflect in your Card/Bank/Mobile Wallet depending on the time taken by the payment gateway.

Are Super Cabz vehicles fitted with GPS?

All Super Cabz vehicles are fitted with state of the art GPS devices for close monitoring of the movement of the vehicles. The Operations control room of Super Cabz monitors the movement of each vehicle 24*7 to ensure the safety and security of all travellers.
